Wondering what that zootoo tattoo is doing on our page?! That is a picture of our 93 year old deputy mayor, Ruth Garner, getting a tattoo in support of Potsdam Humane Society and in recognition of the zootoo visit on St. Patty's Day, March 17, 2009! Made me think of the day we adopted our dog from the Potsdam Animal Shelter. He's a big dog but not overly brave. He was happier inside than outside. Seems to say something for PHS.
