Stephanie's Animal Shelter and Rescue, Inc. (SASAR, Inc.) is a home based shelter and rescue founded and run by Stephanie Smith. I am the shelter secretary and have enter our shelter in the ZOOTOO Makeover II contest in hopes of remodeling buildings at our new site into proper quarters for dogs and cats.
