You must miss a lot of calls if the phone is often the hook so much. Does he answer the cell phone too?

Phone is constantly off the hook when I return home, and will run for the phone if one rings on television. And if the cell phone rings or the alarm on it sounds, he takes off for it and paws at it too.

You might send a resume as receptionist out to Purina or Iams...put him to work and you can stay home and answer the personal calls yourself. LOL

yes he does. If the phone rings on tv he 'answers' the house phone. Phone is always off the hook when I get home from work.
