Liberty Humane Shelter is a no-kill, non-profit organization run entirely off of donations and fundraisers. We currently are housed at a county maintained site, but hope to build a new facility in the near future. Liberty County Animal Control and Liberty Humane Shelter share the responsibilities of maintenance on the building and share the cost of utilities such as electricity and propane gas.
