Minn-Kota PAAWS is completely volunteer-run and serves as a spay/neuter clinic and cat shelter. What is that cat's name?? He looks nearly identical to my Gilligan. I had the same problem with those scratching posts like you have there. The cats always tip them over!

I think that this is Gypsy. There was another black and white cat in a different room that is named Billy.
