Stay Away! Unreliable Service

Worst Service Possible!Stay away! we had paid this guy(JOHN)for 5 walks in advance.twice of which he didn't feel like walking our dog with no explanation why and wouldn't even pick up his phone. We had to fire him and he did not want to give us our key back the next day. We insisted on getting the key the next day and John decided to charge us a $5.00 fee for bringing the key back the next day along with reimbursement for the last walk which we had paid for but didn't get to use. He returned the key the next day (dropped it off with the concierge in our building) but didn't give us our money back. It has been 3 weeks since then and still no money and John hasn't returned our calls.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Unreliable
