I love this place
Pros: Close by! Wonderful vets. Great staff.
Cons: Currently understaffed. One of the full time vets is very very ill.

I am in love with this vet. With 5 cats, I've probably seen every single vet in the Tukwila Banfield at least once. My favourite is Dr. Zubin Emmanuel. But really, they are all very knowledgeable and friendly.
When I adopted my cat Gizmo in September 2007, I took him to this veterinary office because they have such a great relationship with the shelter I volunteer with (Purrfect Pals, which has an offsite location in the same building). I quickly switched my other 2 cats over from their previous vet because I was so impressed.
The front desk staff are always friendly and professional and frequently are able to answer questions. Scheduling is easy and they give a phone call after every visit just to see how everything is going and if there are any problems.
I also like the Wellness plan they offer which is, granted, expensive up front but if you have illness-prone cats (like I do) it can save a lot of money on office visits, not to mention be an incentive to take your pet in for a bi-annual checkup at no extra charge.
