Cons: poor bedside manner

To be honest, Dr. Mathan knows what she is doing; her staff has always been friendly and helpful; her facility is clean and welcoming. If you need to go here, it is okay, maybe Dr. Mathan has improved.

I personally have not enjoyed my interactions with Dr. Mathan. I know lots of people say she is great. I have found her bedside manner to be lacking, and when you are advocating for your best friend, you want to feel like interacting on their behalf. She also has seemed extremely annoyed if I was accompanied by my child. I did give her more than just a couple of visits, but my feeling did not improve.

I switched vets/clinics rather quickly. My current dog and I really like the place we have found.
