Banfield has seen me thru the last illness of two cats now. (My cats seem to stay healthy otherwise!) I am very greatful for the understanding and compassion shown to both owner and cat in both cases. Although there was a different vet for each of the cats and the incidents were 2 years apart, both vets were just wonderful, taking lots of time to help owner and cat process the vet's findings. Support staff is great too. Altho my dealings with this clinic have had sad endings, I have a soft spot in my heart for them and will bring my present cat to them when she needs needs vet care.
