Pros: Good hours, has drop off service if you can't make an appointment that works for you both, vets actually HAVE the animals they specify in treating!
Cons: One tech imparticular is always rude but everyone else makes up for him!
Most rabbit savy vet i've ever encountered (Dr Koch), actually owns rabbits himself and doesn't just try and pretend he understands them! They all treat the animals like people, they understand they're part of your family and they comfort you when you're scared and don't know what to do. The other vets in the building will recommend you see a colleague if they aren't surehow to answer your questions, the techs will find answers for you even if your vet is in appointments or if they can't they actually have your doctor CALL YOU BACK when they're free :)
