Liked him from the moment he met my cat

Last month, our cat had an acute sinus problem that came up suddenly. Erik was the first available vet we could schedule an appointment with on short notice. Erik took the time to review the chart history and to carefully examine my cat; taking into consideration the cat's history from years ago, as well as current conditions in order to prescribe the best course of treatment. He took the time to answer all concerns. Later in the day, he took the time to personally call me to let me know lab test results and to see how my cat was doing!
