Somebody recommended VCA to me when I was not happy with the vet clinic I was using. VCA is a 30 minute drive for me unlike the old vet who was 10. But the service at VCA has kept me there. I call, I can ask questions, I am usually fitted in when I need an appointment. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I don't use the grooming dept as I do my own dogs' grooming, but I have seen the area and the staff is very helpful. They even gave me some tips on caring for my own pets. The boarding area is very nice. I would highly recommend VCA MillRun.
