I have taken my pets here for 4 years, and my sister has taken her pets here for nearly 10 years. The staff is very friendly and remembers the animals--often by name. Dr. Rainey is more concerned about the health of the animals than he is about "making nice" with people who don't take care of them properly. He has a dry sense of humor that peeks out from time to time. His care for my pets is what has impressed me the most.
