If your regular veterinarian recommends your pet see an internal medicine specialist and you live in Alabama (or any where else for that matter) this is the place to go. These guys work hard to figure out what is going on with your pet and work in conjunction with your regular vet to do what is needed to help him/her. They are highly knowledgeable on the most current techniques and treatments available for your dog or cat and just as importantly they are incredibly compassionate. If I need the services of a veterinary internal medicine specialist again I am definitely coming to these guys again, no matter how far I have to travel. I have found no where else that offers the level of care (and compassion) I received here.

The iinternist performed an ultrasound (US) on my pet, but he misinterpreted and misdiagnosed my pet's condition. He recommended unnecessary surgery based on his wrong diagnostics, and my pet died 3 days after release from the surgeon who is collocated with the internist. There was an underlying disease which the internist MISSED to diagnose causing my pet's horrific death.
