Review Details
After deciding to switch vets, I chose VCA on Dudley. Everyone was very friendly and good with my animals. What really sticks out for me, was how good they were when one of my cats got sick. After trying a treatment, realizing what he had wasn't able to be cured, and watching him deteriorate, I decided it was time to have him put down so he wouldn't suffer any longer. This is one of the toughest decsions I have ever made. The staff was very kind and understanding even though I was a mess. They made this horrible decision a little less painful for me, and were extremely kind to my cat and me. They even sent me a sympathy card after the fact, which I didn't expect, and showed me they really cared. I will continue to go here as long as I have pets!!
