Friendly, Warm and Wonderful!!

I have been going to this animal hospital since I moved back to North Tonawanda. My previous vet was not warm, never handled my dogs with a pleasing "bedside manner". EVERYONE at Pinewoods is fabulous. Aside from regular visits, in which the charts are always reviewed in advance, the staff is great when emergencies arise and I need to get in as soon as possible. If they are open, they will get you in! Always friendly, always pet and talk to the dogs, were beyond understanding when I had to put my older dog to sleep. It was my first time and they were so supportive and helpful even telling me I could sit with him for hours if I wanted after it was all said and done. Prices are very good in comparison to the last place I went to as well. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my animals at this point! Great Staff!!!
