Dr Wade has been a real blessing to have in our WNY area. She is an expert of all things feathered!
I have had so many wonderful experiences in dealing with my own birds as well as referring others to her for excellent care. She always takes time to personally thank us for referrals as well as gives us an update on any pets we may have referred to her.
She is always pleasant & despite her busy schedule never makes you feel rushed. I have always received her undivided individual attention with every case presented to her. I am so pleased & releived that she is always just a phone call away & seems to always have a solution to even the most perplexing problems. You will find Dr. Wades wonderful professionalism overflows to her fantastic support staff. Everyone from office staff to techs & handlers do a great job.
