Review Details
After taking a pet there for regular services for many years it just seems like more and more things are added/pushed on me at each visit. I am made to feel like I am a bad pet owner for not purchasing the recommended items. And another thing...
Has anyone heard of anal sac infections in cats? Everytime my cat goes in he sees this one doctor there and he tells me that the cat has this infection. So I get the medication that is prescribed and go back in a month for a re-visit and they are the same again??? So now I am paying for a re-visit, expression, and meds again. But the reason for my original visit was for shots. I did not mention anything wrong with my cats butt. So is this part of a routine physical exam at other vet offices? I just had this strange feeling that the doctor may have just wanted my money. I no longer take any of my pets there. I only have dogs now, my cat has since passed away. And not from his non-existant anal sac infection.
Some of the front office staff is nice. And others seem as if they cannot be bothered to help you. Little do they know that it is our visits that pay their salary. If you go there try and have Mary help you she is very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff will do in a pinch if she is not there.
Hopefully this review will help others and make you not feel like your money is being sucked from your pockets as you walk in the door.
