JoAnn has been my vet since she started and I can honestly say that I trust her judgement and advice. She never rushes you through the barn visit, will take her time to explain things and encourages questions. She responds to emergencies very quickly, even in the middle of the night. Her facility in Elma has fulfilled a definite need in WNY.
