Mixed emotions

I have had 2 occasions that made me unhappy. The first incidence is when my female husky was having trouble with her labor, over the phone they acted like it wasn't neccesarily an emergency, when I did get her there after they pulled the dead stuck puppy out they saw that there were 2 more but they sent me right home. I lost the last 2 pups as well. The second incidence is when I had a female that was bred and showed signs of being pregnant but was very past due they said I could bring her in the next morning to have an x-ray done to verify pregnancy but they called me back an hour later and cancelled on me because they said they were going to be understaffed. There isn't many vets out there that have x-ray machines and the other vets wouldn't be able to get her in for 2 weeks! I don't think I will be using them anymore.
