Not a great place

I used to like to take my pets here because they seemed to be a great veterinary clinic, but I've switched to a different vet after my friend's experience here. Her poor dog was very sick, but it was after hours so she called the phone number listed for the vets and hoped to get some help for her dog. She listened to the message and decided to call the vet before she went in and paid the high fee for the emergency visit. So she called the vet's cell phone number that she had been given a long time ago to ask for help. The vet answered her questions and set up an appointment for the next day, then at the end of the conversation told her they would be charging her $25 for a phone conversation. They claim it was on the recording, but it was not. Several of her friends called that night and listened to the recording and did not hear this ether. So the next day she confronted them about this at her appointment and they were very rude to her about it and still forced her to pay the $25.
