I noticed that my 10 year old Westie was constantly rubbing his jaw/mouth area with his paw and occasionally whimpering. A friend referred me to the American Animal Hospital because he had success with pain management for his golden retriever. One of the knowledgeable vets narrowed down the problem to an abscessed tooth and it was effecting my dog's jaw. He referred me to a veterinarian dentist who removed the tooth and explained the ways I can care for my dog's aging teeth. The American Animal Hospital diagnosed the problem and helped relieve my dog's pain. For this I am most grateful!
