Ups and Downs

I had used this practice for all of my pets for about 15 years. My pets did receive excellent care. However, I adopted a cat who, unbeknowst to me, was pregnant. I decided to keep the two kittens that she had and had asked the vet's office if they could extend a courtesy to me with some sort of a break to spayed/neutered all three. They replied no, that they weren't running a clinic. I was upset by this, considering the years I had been going there and the number of animals that I have and they've taken care of. I found a new office which which also provides excellent care and was much more helpful, especially considering that I was new to them.
