I have taken both a dog and cat to this vet and felt I received capable vet care. However, I feel that there is almost a standofish type feel with some of the staff. Their grooming service is great, and they even managed to get the skunk smell out of our Golden Retriever after we had failed. Overall, I wouldn't have a problem returning but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Cons: Staff could be friendlier

We've been going to this vet for years and are very happy with the service they provide. The vet and the techs are always friendly, with the exception of one or two instances with receptionists. They are reliable and take great care of our pets, having a caring, sensitive nature and providing outstanding advice. They really do give the impression of caring about your and your pets personally. Additionally, they can give you information about the surrounding area related to your pets, too.

Pros: Clean, knowledgeable, and friendly

Cons: Once in a while, a receptionist is not as friendly as we would like
