Love all the staff, very pet friendly and caring about their jobs. The remember all my dogs and have always been great about treatments, explaining things and scheduling appointments. We have our puppy on a Wellness Plan and LOVE IT!!! It keeps expenses down and her shot's on track.

My experience has been with the Vancouver Banfield only.
Pros: Staff, hours of operation, Pet Care
Cons: a little busy at times
