Everett, Washington's low cost alternative

Probably the cheapest in town for spays and neuters, and they do good work. NOT a full-service clinic, but they are good at what they do, and great at keeping costs low.
Pros: cheap spays, neuters, and vaccines
Cons: limited staff and scheduling
