Dr. Howard recently opened his own clinic called Cascade Veterinary Referral Center which is in Tigard. It has been open over a year and is doing quite well. They are, like all specialty services, not cheap, but have very talented specialty doctors that will do everything they can to fix your pet up. If you have the financial resources, specialty surgery can be a very good option for your pet .
