We liked the doctors here but were discouraged and eventually changed vets due to the difficulty in getting appointments. We had a very sick pet and were told it would be 5 days until we could get her seen. I realize that they may be busy but to turn away an extremely sick animal was disappointing to us and our pets.

I am so glad I found this clinic! I have had two cats euthanized in the past three years, and the staff at Crossroads has been so compassionate and kind. Each time, they sent me a condolence card and donated money to C.A.T. in Sherwood. I am so grateful.

When I take my cats in for exams, I am never pressured to have any but the most essential services done for my cats. I appreciate that because I live on a fixed income and cannot afford anything unnecessary.

The staff has always been courteous to me and gentle with my cats. Thank you, Dr. Jackson and all other doctors and staff!
