She's ok, but...

I take my cats to this clinic, and I always see Rachel. While she may be knowledgeable--which is what I look for first--I don't recall ever seeing her really smile. She's just a little stiff with her patients' "people".
Pros: Reasonably priced
Cons: People skills aren't her strongest suit
