Dr McRoberts will get down on the floor if she needs to to make 'our kids' feel more comfortable. The patience she continually exhibits is incredible. The wait time can be a problem for some people but that's because she is giving the time and attention that is needed for each animal (and owner). I lost my boy there last year. She sat on the floor and cried with me (he was a very large dog). She (and her staff) were just as attached to him (well, almost). There were many nights when we closed the place because she was doing everything she could for him. She does what is needed because it's best for the animal not because she wants to make more money.
