Cold and Uncaring

They run it like an assembly line. Person doesn't even get to be in room when pets are examined.
We had to put a cat to sleep (FIP) and they were so uncaring and cold.
Pros: Did seem knowledgeable
Cons: Very impersonal, Definately in business to make money
