My vet for many years

posted 6 years ago

Dr. Paulson has been my primary vet for many years. He is a dedicated doctor and devoted animal lover. He has a staff of excellent doctors and assistants who have helped me through some difficult situations with my pets. I moved out of his immediate area and ended up returning to his clinic because I couldn't find a vet that I liked as well. Highly recommended.

Pros: Expert and kind staff at every level

Cons: None, except that it gets very crowded at the clinic some days

Dr. Paulson is a saint!

posted 6 years ago

I wrote a review under El Cajon Valley Veterinary Hospital, although a mistake was made, it came out as 1 star when I certainly meant for it to be 5. Dr. Paulson took care of my beloved pets for 30 years until I moved to Idaho 2 years ago. My husband and I always referred to him as ST. Douglas. He was so kind and caring and so knowledgeable. I trusted him completely. Took his time, and I know he cared for my animals. There are just not enough superlatives in the world to describe him.

Pros: Kindest vet you could imagine

Cons: None

Is a local, great organization that helps unwanted cats get better and back on their feet! I remember hearing about them on the news, in articles,(they saved a bobcat!) and the local radio stations. T… more ›
