First thing my dog did was lift his leg and pee in front reception area. I offered to clean up, but a staff member did it smiling. Then my dog took a dump before I could get the paper worked filled out. A different staff member cleaned that up. It annoyed another client but not the staff. They were all nice. I asked to meet the doctor before the surgery, and I had to wait about 15 minutes becasue she already had an appointment. But then she answered all my questions and did not rush me. I like how concerned they are about pain after surgery. I have had surgery recently and let me tell you, pain medication is important. This is also a very clean, un-cluttered hospital. I have already recommended it to a friend.

Pros: Explains everything, really cares about my dog

Cons: OUt of the way, not really by anything if you don't live there
