Dr. Kagan rocks!

Carlsbad Animal Hospital, specifically Dr. Rachel Kagan, has been part of a very positive veterinary experience for my dogs. I have visited vets that are suffering from severe "burn-out"--those that can't wait for your fifteen minutes to be up. Dr. Kagan never gives you the feeling that she has to be somewhere else. She gives you the time and attention you deserve and always with compassion. Highly recommended.
