After years of searching for a vet who could get through to one of our dogs who had a bad experience - Dr. Chris Maldonado was up for the challenge. She and her staff worked diligently to find a way to make the experience as non-stressful as possible for our oldest dog. During his first introdcutory exam, Dr. Maldonado sat on the floor with Lucky to help him learn to trust her. After a few years as a patient Lucky still doesn't love to go to see the Vet but the kindness and compassion that he has been shown by this practice has brought him a long way!
