Was very dissappointed

Only went once, and changed immediately. Charged a lot for blood work and I don't believe they ever ran it. When I asked for a copy, they told me the didn't have a copy machine and would fax it to me later. Showed up five hours later and after I showed it to another vet, he told me there was no way that the blood work they sent me could be for my dog.
Pros: None
Cons: Heard my dog yelping in pain in the back
