After a terrible experience at a private vet, I decided to try Banfield. The vet who cared for my dog, spoke to him in a very reassuring demeanor and had a gentle touch. After a skin scraping that caused much discomfort, my dog still gave the vet kisses and wagged his tail. Since he trusted the doctor, I trusted the doctor. When it was discovered that my dog had an allergy to a medication, I was shocked when I received a call from a technician the day after the appointment, at the time of his proper dose, checking if he was doing well with another 'script. I am very grateful to the staff at Banfield. It was not at all what I expected from a chain store.
