I was impressed. They all took such great care of Roo. He is better, and i am very happy.
Pros: Gave all kinds of good helpful advice

This was very enjoyable experience for me I was actually looking at another pet when I found my Kazzy, I just wish that there was enough space and availability to handle alll and any pets in the area
