Val Vista Animal Hospital

Val Vista Animal Hospital has been our vet for the past 8 or 9 years. I would never think of going anywhere else. The office is very clean and decorated really nice. It has always been easy to get an appointment. There is hardly any wait time when you do have an appt. I have been to other vets where they overbook and you end up waiting 1/2 hour to an hour in the waiting area! The staff from the front desk, vet techs and vets are top notch. All are very friendly, professional and obviously care about the animals. My favorite vets are Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Beck, but they are all good. I mentioned in the Cons section that they are slightly higher priced than other vets, but to me it is soooo worth it. Like most pet owners, my animals are like my children and I want the best for them!

We have been clients of Dr. Caldwell and the staff at Val Vista Animal for years. When we got our dog Doaner, they worked with us to finally discover that he had severe allergies. They were wonderful each time we had to put an animal to sleep, even when my father's dog, Scout, was so bad. I had to carry him into the building, they were caring and understanding with my father's grief over the loss. Dr Caldwell has even contacted us over the weekend to discuss medication for Doaner and what we could do for him.
Staff is very caring and love their jobs!
All of our animals have been patients of Val Vista, except 1.
