Caring Hearts Animal Clinic

I was very happy with this clinic when I began taking 2 of my animals there. Then my Vet left, and they assigned me to a new one. Then that Vet left, and I got another one. Then that Vet left and the last one I had was horrible! He wouldn't even touch my cat and was totally insensitive to why I was there for the visit. Then they mislabled the medication for my cat, said it was for my dog, and when the cat had a reaction to the medication I looked at the bottle and the bottle said the medication was for my 80lb. dog! I freaked! I thought I had just poisoned my kitty! Yup, time to find a new vet.

A wonderful Vet Clinic! Staff was always friendly, and the clinic was always spotless. Typically able to get an appointment in the same week, sometimes even the same day. Handled my nervous cat with ease! Received reminders by mail regarding annual appointments, opportunities, and sometimes coupons. I'm sorry we don't live in the area anymore!
