my dog stopped eating and seemed painful. they did an exam and recommended a teeth cleaning with x-rays.
My dog has had dental work before when we lived in North Carolina. They found roots that had not been pulled out before, and they did a root canel on a tooth that could be saved. She went home on pain medication and felt better ALMOST INSTANTLY! It is very important that when teeth are removed from a pet that x-rays are taken to make sure the roots are removed!

I found a stray dog that looked to have been hit by a car. She was a very sweet girl. Avenues pet clinic refused to look at her even though I had a credit card in hand to pay for the exam. They said I could not bring her in because she was not my dog. I took her to another vet in town and not only did they see her, but said there was special funding set up for these case. I didn't have to pay dime.
