They are very nice there and always remember my pug. They play with him so that he doesn't even realize he is getting a shot or being checked out. He always runs in willingly with tail wagging. They were great when my Pug puppy got pug dog encephalitis and did everything they could to make her comfortable before she was put to sleep. They send a great sympathy card that everyone there not only signed but added comforting messages. They really do care there. They also have a great day care and Kennel if you need one.

Pros: Always nice and attentive, great with the pets too.

Cons: Sometimes no one is at the front desk but they always show up shortly. It's usually because they are out helping the vet.
