My cat recently was sick and diagnosed with renal insuffciency and I need to put him to sleep. The staff was so good a being sensitive to the situation and making sure I was put in a room as soon as I got there and were very sensitive and caring during the whole process.
Pros: Very sensitive staff.
Cons: none
