Northwest Austin Veterinary Center

We took our cat there feeling ill and looking motley. They figured out she had kidney disease and put her on K/D cat food and she perked right up and has been doing great for years. Then Dr. Boston did an X-ray after yet another UTI and found stone. Now she's on XD cat food and still doing great.

Pros: Kind staff

Cons: nothing I can think of

I used NW Austin center for 11 years and was always pleased with the service they provided me. My vet is no longer associated with this center but she was always available and even would call me at home to check on my dog after surgery. They are good about sending appointment reminders.
I felt that the RX drugs were too expensive. They would match the price of petmeds if you brought in a copy of their price. I would also see if the drug needed was one that could be dispensed by a human pharmacy because the pricing was extremely better.
