Braker Lane Animal Clinic Inc

I started going here because they are just around the corner. They know their stuff and have caught two underlying conditions in my dogs that their previous vet didn't. The techs are very friendly and I think most of the staff make a point of learning the dog's name. My dogs actually like going. Reception is great about making things convenient, like regular prescriptions and sending reminders for check-ups. However, sometimes I feel like I am getting a sell for dental cleaner or vitamins, which my previous vet didn't do.

Cons: a bit pricey; push products I'm not sure we need

The vet I worked with at Braker Animal seemed very knowledgeable, and the vet tech was a really great lady. However, the office staff and overall mood of the place seemed to focus more on up-selling additional (and seemingly excessive) products and services. The high pressure sales approach made me feel uncomfortable, and overall it was a negative experience. I now take my animals to a shelter farther away, because I like their customer service-oriented approach better.
