The nicest thing is that the surgery happens next door so the dogs don't smell all the smells associated with that when they go in for routine visits.

Small waiting area won't suit all dogs if they are reactive to being close to others. But nice wrap around porch to sit on and wait.

I like the location and can walk my dog along the lake before or after the vet visit to reward her for her good behavior.
