I've got very thick skin, but on this day I called his office . I expained my request (we needed a reference/vet check on one of his clients who wanted to adopt a cat from us) The person that answered the phone proceeded to go off on a tangent and tirade about the whole process, ending up saying, "just give them the damn cat..."
Needless to say, it went downhill from there...
Have no idea what kind of doctor he is, but basic courtesy is certainly lacking in his office. You can check out the TVMA for a check on his medical background/history of complaints if in question.
