Banfield the Pet Hospital

I found the staff to be quite knowledgeable and friendly, they always call and remind you before each visit and call and check on your pet the day after. They tend to be expensive, more than most i've been to but they also go that extra mile. They check for stuff before surgery that most vets don't and i appreciate that. The wellness plan seem to be the way to go there for the cheapest vet bills. Seems to be a pretty good plan too. Overall i rate them highly. The only reason i didn't give them a perfect 5 is they are expensive without the wellness plans.

My daughters dog had surgery here. The doctors and techs were great. They dog got very good care. It was very expensive, but well worth it. My only complaint is they didn't explain the full amout of the cost involved and the front desk workers are not very helpful or friendly. I wonder if the doctors know? The doctors and assistants seem more than happy to help you and your pet. Our dog did receive good care there, but I am not sure I would use them again. We have adopted pets from Petsmart before and we have used them to examine the pet, all is well with that. I like a Vet Service that treats you more like a friend than a number.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly. Doctors and techs very nice.

Cons: Alittle expensive compared to other vets. Receptionist not so friendly.
