Banfield the Pet Hospital

When I brought my kitten home, she had ringworm (from the shelter) and we took her to banfield to get her checked out (we didn't know it was ringworm). knowing we had other animals, most vets would have said "well it's likely they will need treatment, so you don't have to bring them in"

instead, they said "sorry, you'll have to pay the $100 to get each animal checked out" not to mention the cost of treatment and three kinds of medication

Furthermore, they never called me to let me know my medications had come in, and never updated the records to reflect that we had lost a dog, so about 3 months after we had lost her,and let them know, they called us to check up on her, and even after filling them in again, we still receive mail to remind us about her shots

the location is about the only good thing about this clinic, and I would not recommend it if you have another option.

Pros: located in petsmart, reasonable business hours

Cons: curt staff, EXPENSIVE
