Not that the "older" equipment is broken or outdated - but couldn't think of any real cons. I have used Dr. Chapman's office only once, but my dog was treated top-notch. My young son, forever asking questions, was actually listened to and was even allowed to look through the microscope at the fecal exam. It was a learning experience for him and the staff was very encouraging to him.

My dog was treated well, handled professionally, and was worked in for a last minute appointment with no problems. Dr. Chapman took time with me to answer questions I had and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him in the least even though we were a work-in appointment.

Sandy and Lauren, for the office part of the visit, were super friendly, knowledgeable, sympathetic to my dogs needs, and extremely helpful.

Pros: Quality staff
